Meet Martha, Polish blogger in Dublin sharing The Loaf Story at #FBC15!

Meet Martha from The Loaf Story (@Loaf_Story) attending #FBC15 for the first time this September!

Is blogging your full time job? If not, what is your day job?
Blogging is not my full time job but it opened many doors for me as a food & lifestyle photographer. I work as a digital marketer so blogging helps me to relax, it stimulates my brain and gets my creative juices flowing.
From where do you get inspiration for your blog posts?
I get my inspiration from meeting people and travelling. My husband, a chef, and I always choose foodies destination for our holidays. We always explore niche places and meet some incredible people.
What’s on your wish-list right now?
I dream of spending a week in Tuscany. I would like to learn how to make olive oil, how to cook real Italian food and drink lots of wine 🙂
To achieve a successful blog what comes first – the dishes, the styling, the photography or the words?
I think the photography comes first to achieve a successful blog. There are many good blogs but poor quality of imagery ruins the experience.

What’s the most unusual restaurant you have ever eaten at?
The most unusual restaurant I have eaten at was The Creatives Long Table Supper at the Mart in Dublin (Mart is an old fire station in Dublin).
What blogging trends are you enjoying at the minute?
I originally come from Poland so I am delighted to see that people in Ireland have started doing pickles. Fermentation would be the blogging trend I enjoy the most at the minute.
What’s your signature dish?
This dill pickle soup is my signature dish
