Judith Lewis, head of search at Beyond, blogger at SEO Chicks, Huffington Post and Mostly About Chocolate and global speaker will go beyond the basics to tackle things like “Can no-following all links cause a penalty and are there WordPress plugins to help me?”, “What is ‘rel author’ and why should I care and how do I do that in WordPress?”, “What is a natural linking structure?”, “What, in order, are the most important on-page elements for ranking?”, “What are Penguin, Panda, Vince, Venice, and Caffeine and do I really need to worry about them?”, “Are there minimum word-count rules or other hard-and-fast rules for blog success?”, “Have I got the right plugins for wordpress and are there SEO benefits to using different ones? and “Lies agencies tell and how to deal with them”. Please only attend this session if you are comfortable with SEO basics as it will deal with advanced techniques.
