 Foodstyling, writing… food is everywhere around me.

How would you describe your relationship with bloggers and industry folk?
Quality brands are the best. Some of my best friends are bloggers, I still remember that blogging is personal.

What first motivated you to blog and how has blogging changed your life? What’s your ultimate blogging dream – where do you plan to take it in the future? 
I decided to share my recipes, as much as I can. I’d like to make it more international!

From where do you get inspiration for your blog posts?
Inspiration comes from products at the market, my daily recipes..

My blog roll is huge….
How do you shop for food – supermarkets, farmer market, local shops, online etc?
Going to the market and seeing. Do you know la Boqueria in Barcelona? This is my ideal market!

What would be your last meal on earth?
My last meal would be a piece of bread

Does the proliferation of food programmes on TV aid or hinder your quest to develop and sustain a food blog?
People watch food programs, but they cook less. My aim is to go backward and ask people to cook and not just chat about food.
Do you have a favourite kitchen tool or appliance – either a new addition or a trusted old favourite?
My favourite tool is my knife!
To achieve a successful blog what comes first – the dishes, the styling, the photography or the words?Curiosity is very important. To be successful you must have your own authentic voice
