Sanjana Modha (@KORasoi) is a Content Producer at Food Network UK where her primary focus is digital content creation, editorial and food photography. Her blog, K.O Rasoi which she started in 2009, covers Indian and African vegetarian cooking as well as eggless and vegan baking. Her recipes have featured in the Financial Times magazine and Foodista Best of Food Blogs Cookbook.
