Food Processor1 fbc14-connecting-bloggers-and-brands Food ProcessorHow has social media helped you connect and engage more with a wider audience and particularly bloggers? Social media is crucial, helping us to share new product news as well as recipes. By hooking up with high profile bloggers we can amplify our news and spread the wonderful word of KitchenAid. Has FBC encouraged you to follow bloggers? KitchenAid already works with quite a few of the leading UK food bloggers, sometimes in the capacity of unofficial ambassadors providing reviews on NPD. We regularly provide samples for photo shoots, how-to-videos, demos and sometimes we give product for competitions. To achieve a successful blog (from an industry perspective) what comes first – the dishes, the styling, the photography or the words? Being such an iconic brand, in our view, a picture really does tell a thousand words. Once seen there are few people who do not covet the KitchenAid Artisan 4.8L Stand Mixer. What food trend are you looking forward to seeing snowball in 2014? We keep a close eye on food trends and a lot of this data comes through bloggers – which is why they are so important to us. We are enjoying foraging, hybrid desserts and the ever expanding offerings from the street food scene which continues to generate a huge amount of interest. If you could tell people to eat one thing more often what would it be and why? Just one thing? That’s impossible. We are passionate foodies and could not condone limiting anyone in their desire to experience delicious and exciting food. Why not visit seriousaboutfood.eu for recipes from not only the UK but also France, Germany and Italy.     Tell us why you would like to take part in FBC this year and how you will be featuring your product or brand to connect with the community of bloggers? We know how important the food blogging community is and we’re eager to engage with this highly influential group of passionate foodies. For starters, we are using FBC as a platform to introduce the KitchenAid Artisan 4L Food Processor and we’re looking forward to getting some great feedback! We are just dipping our toe into FBC this year and will be using the feedback to identify the best way to get more involved with the event next year in a variety of different activities. What can FBC attendees expect from you at the event? We’re giving #FBC14 registered attendees the opportunity to win a 4L KitchenAid Artisan Processor and asking the question: How Would You Use Your 4L KitchenAid Artisan Processor? Tweet your answer from the 4th – 8th of June including #FBC14 and @KitchenAidUK and leave a comment on this post with your Answer using Rafflecopter to enter for your chance to win!
