Emma Gardner of Poires au Chocolat

Emma Gardner’s baking and desserts blog, Poires au Chocolat (@poireschocolat), has won multiple awards, including Food Blog of the Year at The Guild of Food Writers Awards 2012.

Emma started her blog at the age of 19, when she was studying English at Oxford University. Four years later, she has now graduated, attended culinary school and started working on various food-related projects.

Emma Gardner  is speaking at #FBC5 on the panel “What Does Successful Blogging Mean, Anyway?” with  Jaden HairDavid Lebovitz, and Niamh Shields of Eat Like A Girl !

    I was curious if you ever thought of changing the
    structure of your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to
    say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people
    could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only
    having 1 or two pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
