facebookTell us a little bit about who you are – where can we find your products?

We create great tasting healthy vegan food. We run our business as sustainably as possible and delight in making healthy food available at the markets and events we trade at. Check on the link to see where you can find us –

Tell us why you would like to take part in FBC this year?

We are looking forward to taking part at FBC to show how our use of fresh seasonal produce is not only delicious but nutritious. We love showing how a vegan lifestyle can offer so many options.

What other events/markets/pop ups/supper clubs do you take part in throughout the year?squash latke

We trade at markets, events and festivals throughout the UK mostly in London. We love what we do and travelling around meeting all our wonderful customers at all the different locations.

Why have you chosen this route and what do you love most about street food and trading?

I wanted to change my career and do something that I felt passionate about. I have always loved food and making nutritious vegan food readily available on the streets of London was the perfect change for me. We generally work out of the van at street markets, events, festivals, parties and weddings. We also offer a catering service, that is everything from delivering bowls of nutritious salads for conferences through to fully catered weddings in some amazing locations, we love that no two events are the same.

If you could cook for anyone, who would you want it to be?

I love cooking for people who are interested in food and where it comes from.

vanWhat positive effect are food bloggers having on the food scene?

I think bloggers are an essential part of street food. With so many markets and traders popping up all the time, it’s a great way to get the word out who is doing what and where.

What challenges do you face as a food trader in establishing your set up and achieving success?

One of our mains goals is to make our sustainable food widely available so a challenge to our business is to keep it nomadic and be constantly pushing to get in front of new audiences. This is the direction we will continue to push the business in.

Have you taken part in any workshops, classes or resources to help set up your stall?salad box

For us we started up with our basic idea of making healthy vegan food accessible in locations where often there is little choice of this. We have worked incredibly hard to keep evolving our offer and are sure this will continue. We havent’t taken part in any workshops or classes but we educate ourselves every day by taking inspiration from the world around us. There is always something new to learn!

If you could tell people to eat one thing more often what would it be and why?

Local seasonal produce, eating this way give you great range in your diet and encourages creativity.
