Join us in welcoming Eat&Meet at the #FBC15 #strEATParty all weekend, presenting their new web platform for food dating and home/professional cooking with good food and wine!
FinalEat&Meet came from a country with a great reputation and approach to the food and wine culture, so we aim to bring with us the knowledge of this and showcase our food and wine to be tasted by all.


As part of the Eat&Meet showcase, we will introduce you to passionate producers from across Italy

At Pure Stagioni we produce traditional fruit preserves, with cutting edge technologies, in order to preserve the natural color, texture, consistency and the genuine properties of the fruits.
As you may see on our website all our products are characterized by an exclusive packaging, also indicating the harvest year on the can. Our products are available in 3 kind of format: HORECA (30g), LUXURY GDO (200g) and the EVENTS editions (500g).
We are a producer of Vermentino grapes since 1960’s when our granfather started to produce it in our farm. We decided to grown this traditional activity to transform grapes into a fine and awarded wine.
Our farm is situated in Sardinia, where the Vermentino grapes born and where the ground is perfect to produce finest grapes.
We are influenced by the myth of Atlantis. There are some historians that developed a theory where the Hercules’s columns are in the Sicily’s channel and Atlantis was our island: Sardinia.

We wish to produce wine and oil with the minimum possible environmental impact without losing the target to produce the best product for quality and respecting the tradition.

We try to merge modern technology with a profound respect of the tradition of the Territory. The farm consists in 26 hectares (64 acres) of which 13,5 (33 acres) dedicated to wine production and 4,5 (11 acres) to olive oil. It is situated in the heart of Chianti Classico between San Casciano in val di Pesa an Mercatale, one of the best locations to produce this excellent wine.

 What positive effect are food bloggers having on the food scene? 

We think that food bloggers are one of the key players of the food industry and they are the first media relation with the public and the consumer.

What’s the best thing a blogger can do for you? What are you hoping to get out of showcasing to bloggers at FBC?

We are interested in wine and food bloggers.  Bloggers can be help us spread our message that represents our dream!

If you could cook for anyone – dead or alive, cook/ celebrity/ public figure – anyone! Who would it be and why?
Someone told me that “you must be generous to cook for other people”, so I will cook for my dear friend who explained the meaning of these words.

Also, Giacomo Tachis not only the most famous Italian oenologist but the man behind Italian wine’s worldwide Renaissance.

If you could tell people to eat one thing more often what would it be and why?

Sharing a glass of a well made and properly-aged wine can build bridges in friendships and help with discoveries of the soul, or just give you the nerve to open up your heart to those around you. It is a beverage to share, a beverage to savor, and a beverage to enjoy.
