I like to catch up with blogging friends and also to be inspired by the guest speakers.
Blogging for me is part time work. I am also a cookery tutor, supper club host and private chef. I love cooking!
I get inspiration from the growing seasons, from reading lots of cookery books and from eating out at the latest restaurants and pop-ups in London.
This is my passionfruit meringue roulade, a huge hit at my latest supper club
I have stayed in touch with lots of fellow food bloggers. We like to chat about food, recipes and often share blogging tips.
My idea of food hell is tapioca. I cannot stand the slimy texture!
I own far too many cook books but I love flicking through them, especially my older books. It is always good to look back to the past as well as to be inspired by the future of cooking.
I love my super sharp Global knives. I cannot work with a blunt knife so I often take good knives on holiday with me.
As much as I would like to say the words of a food blog come first, I do think we live in a generation of very visual internet surfers so I would have to say photography plays the biggest part in a top blogs success. An area I need to improve upon.
