What are you looking forward to learning and enjoying at FBC this year?
I’m looking forward to meeting fellow foodies from around the world and exchanging thoughts and maybe even recipes.
What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish is my Raspberry Amaretto Cake that I haven’t featured on my blog yet because I’m still working on getting the perfect photo of it.
If you had to eat one countries tradition dish for a year what would it be?
If I had to eat one traditional dish for a year, it would be traditional Austrian “Topfenknödel” made by my grandmother. Topfenknödel are sweet cream cheese dumplings, rolled in buttery bread crumbs, served with a raspberry or strawberry sauce.
What’s your idea of food hell?
I hate bananas, so everything with bananas would be my personal food hell.
Who is your favourite celebrity chef?
I’m a big Martha Stewart fan! I think she is just the coolest and would love to meet her one day.
I believe that it is a mix of all of the above, paired with a dash of a blogger’s unique personality. I’m still trying to figure out how to achieve a successful blog and hopefully I will get new insights from FBC!
What gadgets or toys are on your wish list at the minute?
On top of my wish list is a KitchenAid stand mixer. My favorite kitchen appliance is my food processor, I don’t know how I could have ever lived without it.
