My blog is a personal diary not only about food but about what I like to do, what I like to read, how I like to accessorize what I put on the table and restaurants I like to frequent.
Which other food bloggers do you follow most closely?
I follow closely the Italian food blogger, Alessandra Gennaro, who organizes every month an interesting contest (MTChallenge). I learn every month a new recipe.
What’s your signature dish?
Pilau ( big Fregula) with sea food. (Fregula is a Sardina grain similar to cous-cous).
Do you have a favourite kitchen tool/appliance?
My favorite Kitchen tool is a Kitchen Aid robot. My hottest item is a new kitchen installation!
