Give her a big warm welcome and aloha to her very first FBC, a big high five to her sister, too! Thanks to her birthday gift, Laura will be joining the community of international food bloggers this June!
I think it would be a vibrant occasion to meet with other people from different countries and culture but with the same interest and passion!
Actually, I’m a photographer focused on food and travel.
What motivated you to blog and how has blogging changed your life?
Since I started blogging I have had the chance to meet interesting people. Having my blog was the occasion to finally change my life to become a freelance photographer instead of my past job in a sales dept in a publishing house.
What’s your signature dish? Spaghetti with sea urchin roe
Which other bloggers do you follow most closely?
Finish this sentence food heaven is to me… What’s your idea of food hell?
Food heaven to me is…sea food! I never get tired of sea urchin!
I hate dirty kitchens and the idea that some food could be cooked in dirty spaces, well this could be food hell…
If I could cook for someone… well, Johnny Depp could be fine, thanks 🙂
How is your lifestyle shaped by blogging?
I know followers and visit are the most important thing on the net, but when I blog and when I schedule some posts, I’m focused on what’s important to me and what best represent me and my world. I designed the logo of my blog in a rainbow and that’s the message I woulk like to delivery every day to people who visit my blog. After every storm the sun will smile…meanwhile if you are lucky enough you can see a beautiful rainbow! That’s life, and blogging is a mirror of life.
Do you have a favourite kitchen tool/appliance?
Kitchenaid is my kitchen best friend. I freshly bake bread twice a week and it cannot be possible without “her”! Right now I have a new toy on my wish list, it’s the new Petzval Lens perfect for portrait photography, but you’ll never know 🙂
