Tim Hayward is a UK-based food writer and broadcaster.
Credits include BBC R4 Food Programme, Guardian, TLS, FT and a variety of specialist food publications around the world. He is founder and editor of Fire & Knives, a quarterly print magazine of new food writing, now in a second year of successful circulation.
He is considered a knowledgeable commentator on food writing in traditional and emergent media and the transition between them.
Tim lives in Camden Town with a small family and a large smokehouse.
