Meet Nick, part of the ‘FBC Volunteer Team’ and our wordpress extraordinaire, making sure everything is ticking away smoothly behind the scenes…

Nick (@beardy911) moved to London from Ireland in 2011. After starting to provide weekly baked goods for her Beardy Boyfriend’s office, she decided to start documenting the recipes for her own baking blog, BakingBeardy. One of her favourite things about blogging is getting to share recipes with other keen bakers, so helping out with the wonderful FBC came next! In the time she doesn’t spend baking or trying to improve her photography, she is studying for her PhD, working at a women’s charity in South London or volunteering on a rape crisis helpline.
