I am looking forward to sharing my passion for food blogging with professionals of the food industry, spend time with people I read about, but never actually met! And most importantly gather as much information as I can, especially regarding food styling, food photography, sponsorship hunting, advertisement and in general ways to promote my blog.

To share my creations and make sugar art popular in Greece!
How has food blogging changed your life?
Food blogging has changed significantly my life. My work became popular in a very short time and even though it started as a hobby, now it is a full time job! Very important people met me and my work via my blog, including the editor of the magazine I am now writing for. http://glykamystika.gr Furthermore, I am now giving seminars about sugar art in collaboration with the magazine. Teaching is something I have never thought I would be doing but now is something I am truly enjoying!
What does your family/partner think of your blog?
They are very proud and consider my work as very important!
What’s your favourite part of the food blogging process? And the most negative?
The best thing is to prepare a new post. The most negative is to be ready to accept criticism.
What do you find most challenging about blogging?
Try to keep my blog popular, get better and better and don’t disappoint my readers!
