Today we are meeting with Zita Nagy who resides in Budapest, Hungary and writes the food blog Ziziadventures.com

What motivated you to blog about food?
When I started my blog I didn’t know I was going to write a food blog. I only started my blog to have one. But time passed and I started to cook/bake more and more and it became obvious that I should write about my kitchen experiences. After a while I realized that I should start an English version too just to give the opportunity for my foreign friends to read about my adventures.

What’s your signature dish?
My ginger carrot cake with mascarpone-orange frosting.

What celebrity or celebrity chef would you most like to break bread with? Why?
Definitely Jamie Oliver. When I lived in England I started watching Jamie’s TV shows and I liked him since the first moment. I love his easy, down-to-earth, home made style recipes. Even if he is not vegetarian, I’m pretty sure we would have lots of fun cooking and eating together.

What’s your favorite part of the food blogging process?
My favourite part of the food blogging process is the cooking and baking.

Future aspirations for the blog?
I would like to take better photos, to learn food photography and to write better posts.

What’s the hottest item on your shopping list?
I would love to own a Kitchen Aid!!!
