What motivated you to blog about food?
My love for it, wanting to share my findings which I was doing anyway before having a platform to do it properly
What’s your signature dish?
Dessert and I am using the general term because I am know as “the dessert chick” – I always make some or bring some
What celebrity or celebrity chef would you most like to break bread with? Why?
Anthony Bourdain because he’s a bad boy and I love his sarcasm ![]()
How many cookbooks do you own?
I stopped counting, they have now started piling up on my floor because of lack of space
What’s your least favorite food?
Raw onions and offal
How has food blogging changed your life?
I’ve met a lot of wonderful people and chefs and feel like I’m a part of this amazing community in my city and internationally
Do you blog full time? What’s your day job?
I wish! but no, I have a full-time job as a community manager
Favorite kitchen tool/appliance?
My cake mixer since I love baking
What do you find most challenging about blogging?
Finding the time for it
What does your family/partner think of your blog?
They think I’m crazy but they’re loving the perks! They get to be my official taste testers and restaurant companions
Who taught you to cook?
My mom, I hung out in the kitchen with her a lot when I was young
