Today we are meeting the lovely Karin Stienemeier from Frankfurt, Germany. Karin is the food blogger behind yumandmore.com

What motivated you to blog about food?
The fascination of the community and that people would be interested in my creative way of cooking.
What’s your least favorite food?
Green BEANS!!! Broccoli, fishy fish, and I don’t apples except when cooked with meat or included in a salad.
Any comical kitchen failures?
Oh yes!! Many. My worst catastrophes’ are with eggs, I can make a great omelet but can’t fry an egg or make it soft-boiled
What would your last meal be?
Baby squid with garlic lemon sauce, boiled lobster with lemon-butter, crunchy French bread and cheese, followed my some type of Saturn peach dessert
Future aspirations for the blog?
I would like to start videos and a cooperation with a dear friend who is a wonderful French patissier, former restaurant owner and a very funny man.
How has food blogging changed your life?
It has been a tension lifter. A wonderful creative outlet and an inspiring exchange of thoughts and ideas with people from all around the world especially at FBC.
