Emily Jonzen is a London-based food stylist and cookery writer. Having trained at the prestigious Leiths School of Food and Wine, Emily has developed a relaxed, modern style with a fine attention to detail. She loves the creativity of styling for editorial shoots as well as the intricate care involved in packaging and commercial shoots. She also writes and develops recipes and food features for books and magazines and has been featured with Marks and Spencer, Telegraph Magazine and Food Network amongst many others.
A childhood spent divided between England and Singapore has influenced Emily’s eclectic style and she is inspired to write by the food she discovers on her travels – from the far-flung find to the local London deli.
Sarka Babicka (@sarkababicka) is a London based freelance food, lifestyle and travel photographer. She works with clients locally and internationally on a variety of assignments. Sarka’s approach produces natural, fresh, minimalist and compelling attributes to her photography work; creating high quality and original images for editorial and commercial clients. Sarka is revered for her deep understanding and respect for the crucial element behind every resonating photograph; light. Sarka has been coined a master of manipulating light and because of this her images are in a league of their own.
Having worked with Cuisinart, Kallo Foods and Duncan Baird amongst others her work has also been featured in countless international publications including Bon Appetit and The Times.
