Caroline Mi Li Artiss has been cooking professionally for 16 years.  She trained at Thames Valley University to become a chef.  After being made redundant in 2008 she started her own catering plus diet and nutrition advice business and also starting video blogging – Vlogging with her cookery tutorials.

In 2010 Caroline was selected as a finalist for ITV’s This Morning’s Kitchen Stars after she submitted one of her Youtube videos.  She went onto second place in the competition.

Caroline specializes in Malaysian and Asian cuisine, filmed her first cookery show in Malaysia and is the face of Malaysia Kitchen.  Caroline is currently working on her first book which will be released soon.
