La Belle Assiette’s vision is to make entertaining guests at home easy and enjoyable. It offers a new food concept; chefs purchase ingredients, cook in your kitchen, serve each dish to you and clean up before leaving.
Hosting meals has never been so simple. You just need to sit back, relax and enjoy the company of your guests at home.
Tell us why you would like to take part in FBC this year and how you will be featuring your product or brand to connect with the community of bloggers?
We want to take part because we think it will be a fantastic opportunity to show the bloggers what La Belle Assiette is all about in a really engaging and creative way. We will be organising ‘taster dinner parties’, cookery demonstrations and other fun foodie things – personally engaging with everyone we meet and letting the attendees have an awesome experience.
How can non registered attendees of FBC get their hands on your product? Where can they find it if they wanted to connect with you?
This can be done in many ways:
– Our product is online and is available in 6 countries
– If bloggers want to try the service they can sign up to be on our jury of chef testers
What can we expect from you at #FBC15?
Menu will be launched shortly and will highlight something fresh, interesting and delicious of course. Also, cookery demonstrations where the attendees can learn, eat, try and enjoy. The attendee can meet the chefs and learn about their experiences and background as well.
What other events/markets/pop ups/supper clubs do you take part in throughout the year?
We are participating in the foodie festival in Clapham, Taste of London Winter and Summer, launch parties, startup events, art galleries, bloggers dinner and many more!
How has social media helped you connect and engage more with a wider audience and particularly bloggers?
Bloggers are extremely responsive and active on social media so it’s a good way not only to engage with each other and see what they are doing but to invite them to events as well.
What positive effects are food, travel, or lifestyle bloggers having on the industry?
Blogs are a great way for someone to give their personal insights/story/opinions on our service. So whether it’s a mummy bloggers that doesn’t like leaving her children alone and can have the restaurant come to her or a food blogger who loves to cook but can get some recipes and tips from chefs it’s great.
From an industry perspective, what achieves a successful blog?
– Content – interesting and engaging
– Engagement with readers
– Sticking to a style and not trying to do everything
