If one thing was on everyone’s lips during #FBC12 (as well as smeared over some of the less tidy attendees’ faces and clothes) it was the incredible array of soups, smoothies, ice creams and alcoholic offerings produced by the wonderful folk from Vitamix. In a blender which seemed to defy physics, they whipped up these nutritional and, more importantly, delicious delights for us throughout the weekend.

Whether it was a spicy Thai soup, gently warming us in the inclement English weather, strawberry ice-cream made from scratch in approximately 26 seconds or the bizarrely fantastic combination of cabbage and bailey’s, they had bloggers crowding round the Vitamix Cottage, covetously eyeing these exceptional machines.
