Bee Wilson (
@KitchenBee) writes the ‘Kitchen Thinker’ column in the Sunday Telegraph magazine (Stella) for which she has three times been named Guild of Food Writers Food Journalist of the Year. She has also reviewed books for a wide range of publications including The Sunday Times, The London Review of Books and The New Yorker. She is the author of several books on food and history, most recently Consider the Fork: A History of How We Cook and Eat. She is currently writing a book about food and childhood and the psychology of eating. Her favourite things include the deep fried sage leaves with anchovies at Bocca di Lupo; coffee from Hot Numbers cafe in Cambridge; and almond waffles with maple syrup at home. She is partial to wooden spoons.
