It has established more authority for me and my job as a writer.

Cous cous describes me: it’s a mixture of cultures, elegance and simplicity..and I love to prepare it.

A “tiramisu” accidentally anchovy flavoured….terrible!

It made my dreams come true. Thanks to the blog I became a professional writer

Yes, I blog full time. It’s difficult to describe my day job – thorn between buying quality food, traveling, and writing.
What do you find most challenging about food blogging?
To take good photos of the dishes
What does your family/partner think of your blog?
My mother still doesn’t understand what I do but my husband is a great supporter

I’d like it if it could become a book
