What motivated you to blog about food?
I like to cook and eat out so I want to share restaurant recommendations and recipes with my friends on Slow Food Kitchen

Malaysian food in general and I share recipes via my other blog Malaysian By May.
From where do you get inspiration?
From what ingredients are in season.
What’s your favorite part of the food blogging process?
Meeting other people who are as obsessed about food.
How has food blogging changed your life?
Through food blogging, I have teamed up with some other London food bloggers to set up a charity Asian supper club in London called Grazing Asia. We are unique in that we serve a combination of Asian flavours, Vietnamese, Burmese, Malaysian and Japanese food.
Do you blog full time? What’s your day job?
No I blog for fun as I run an Internet Marketing Consultancy where I help businesses use the Internet to increase their profits.
What do you find most challenging about blogging?
Finding enough time to blog about the things that interest me.
What does your family/partner think of your blog?
They find it quite amusing and are now very well trained to wait until I have taken my photos before they can tuck in.
What’s the hottest item on your shopping list?
I would like a set of proper Japanese knives. I am slowly collecting them as they are essential in my kitchen.
