Turkey, pineapple and banana stir-fry, cherry pie

Forgetting that I’d made Chelsea bun dough in the bread machine, going out and returning later to find my family had done the best they could, shaped and baked the dough

At the low end, silicone spatulas; at the high end, my Kenwood Chef
Where do you buy your groceries and why?
Waitrose or Sainsburys – because they are good quality and within cycling distance of my house!
What motivated you to blog about food?
Time on my hands and a desire to keep my creative writing skills up to scratch
What’s your favourite part of the food blogging process?
And the most negative? Being creative – getting lost in words and memories. Negative- formatting photos!
