Today we are meeting the lovely Artemis Tsipi. Artemis is the food blogger behind Wonderfoodland in Athens, Greece.
What motivated you to blog about food?
I’ve always cooked and liked to share food with others. Food blogging is a way to express myself and share food to a wider range, outside the borders of my home, my family and friends, to anyone. And of course, practice my love for food photography and styling.
Where do you get inspiration from?
From everything. A smell, a colour, a mood, seasons, heat, cold, sea, sun, people.
What’s your favorite part of the food blogging process?
Cooking of course, then shooting and styling.
Future aspirations for the blog?
I want to make a photo portfolio or something like that -maybe through flickr- and a recipe index. I’m interested very much in learning a lot about photography and styling and practice them through my blog.
Do you have a favourite food writer and why?
Tessa Kyros is one of my favourites. She is a multi culti, inspirational, so simple and yet delicious cook that makes me feel relaxed and beautiful when I travel to Mediterranean and else through her comfort books…
Tell us something you learned from reading blogs you probably wouldn’t know otherwise?First of all, I learned about FBC! And secondly, I learned that I am not alone! There are other people out there thinking about food and taste more often than usual and they are ordinary people! And many recipes, tricks, tips and more than I could think of!
