I own over 900 cookbooks. They are my pride and joy. I’m not bothered about photos…I love the stories behind the recipes.
My pasta machine and rolling pin…good knives and my wooden pasta board.
What’s on your wish-list right now?
My wish list would be fresh truffles from piedmont and a top of the range all singing and dancing pasta machine.
To achieve a successful blog what comes first – the dishes, the styling, the photography or the words?
A recipe that works is key along with great photography.
